Peace sells... But who's buying?

Imagine there's no countries

It isn't hard to do

Nothing to kill or die for

And no religion too

Imagine all the people

Living life in peace... 

Yeah John, you were a dreamer. But you're not the only one. It's just that we were, we are, and we'll always be an oppressed minority. 

But you know, we could still overpower the pricks who rule this world. So why the hell do they always win?

Because they have an army. This enormous army of "people". Warm-blooded and empty-headed people ready to be manipulated at any time. Ready to die and, what is more disturbing, ready to kill. And it doesn't matter what nationality, skin color, hair color, eye color, teeth color, religion or any other stupid reason that differs them they are; they're all the same. 

They think they're not, but they are. Sometimes it seems that's the only thing they think about. And even that is wrong. 

And I'm not talking about men in the military. No, I'm talking about all the lunatics out there. 

Once upon a time the leaders could tell the truth. You have to go fight for your king. And it was enough. 

Nowadays they have to make up some bullshit about peace, democracy and freedom. Apparently you can't have those without killing a couple of thousand people. 

And religion. That's always a good trigger. Take Palestine, Sudan and Iraq (just to name some recent ones) for example. Oh, yes! People love to kill in the name of their god. Whatever they call him... 

I'm not that into religion, but I've read some books. Quite a few, actually. And I can't recall that any god ever said: "They don't believe in me? Kill those motherfuckers!"' Apparently, I'm wrong.  

Yeah, religion is working as a perfect reason for centuries now. Even as you are reading this they're out there killing in the name...

So what are the real reasons for war? Any war that ever happened and will ever happen on this planet?
Same as ever, money and power. And oil. And water. And natural goods. And expanding a market to sell your overpriced shit. 

Which all comes back to money. 

But not for you and me, my brothers in arms. No... 

For those few pricks who rules the world. So they could get richer and richer... 

War sells... And everybody's buying!
